Car Rental Locations On-Site at Walt Disney World
If you wish to avoid renting a car at the airport, Enterprise can help! An on-site car rental facility is located near Magic Kingdom® Theme Park and offers a complimentary shuttle with door-to-door service from your resort hotel to the facility. You can easily pick up a car for a day or for your entire vacation and experience the freedom of exploring Florida on your own terms.
Walt Disney World On-Site Shuttle
For your convenience, Enterprise offers a complimentary shuttle with door-to-door service from your nearby resort hotel to the rental car facility.
Pickups can be arranged by calling (407) 824-3470 ext. 1. Guests must arrange a pickup at least one hour in advance and be waiting at the pickup location at the appointed time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the Car Care Center to reschedule.

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7 days per week
Resort Hotel Pickup/Drop-Off Locations
Wait outside the main lobby of your resort hotel, which is also where you will be dropped off, unless you are staying at one of the two resorts below, each of which has a specific rendezvous point:

Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and The Campgrounds at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort: Outside, Outpost
Theme Park Pickup/Drop-Off Locations
You can also arrange for shuttle transportation to or from the Parks. Wait outside the main Guest entrance, unless you are at one of the two parks below:
